about us
Mineca was born in Florida, but spent time in many regions of the country as part of a military family with relatives in the Pacific Northwest. She developed a love of the outdoors as a child living in CA exploring Yosemite. She graduated with a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from Pacific University of OR. Mineca has continued to develop skills as a manual orthopedic therapist by taking a variety of continuing education including a year-long manual therapy course based on the Norwegian Osteopathic method (Evjenth/Kaltenborn). She is a Level 1 Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling Practitioner and Polestar Pilates Rehab Practitioner and a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. Her approach to physical therapy includes both manual therapy and therapeutic exercise including pilates. Mineca enjoys the challenge of designing pilates programs for clients with a wide range of movement experience and personal goals. Mineca is a devoted animal lover and supports many local, national and international rescue organizations. She has lived in the Front Range of Colorado since 2012 and is enjoying exploring the amazing scenery in CO along with her husband, Jeff, and fur-baby Phoebe-dog.

Our Services
physical Therapy
The first visit is a 60 minute comprehensive physical therapy evaluation which includes an interview to discuss your injury and goals, postural, strength and flexibility assessments and any special tests that may be appropriate for the condition. Together, we discuss a plan of care that will help you heal and reach your goals. Physical therapy treatment sessions are 50 minutes and may consist of Pilates Rehabilitation and other Therapeutic Exercise, Manual Therapy, Functional Dry Needling (FDN), Posture and Body Mechanics Training.
pilates
The initial pilates appointment includes a brief interview to determine your history, activity level and goals and a movement assessment based on these. Sessions are individualized to each person’s goals, injuries (present or past) and goals. Pilates sessions are offered in private and semi-private (two people) formats. We offer 50 or 25 minute sessions. We utilize a variety of equipment during these sessions to support and/or challenge movement.
consultations
If you are not sure what path to take to reach your goals and would like to discuss options, get a tour of the clinic, and meet your practitioner, a consultation may work best for you. during this half hour session, we can discuss your goals, your experience, history and answer any questions you may have. this session does not include any evaluations or assessments, but it is an opportunity for you to learn more about the options available to you and what would be the optimal course.

rates
physical therapy
While we are not affiliated with any insurance providers, we can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance companies or for reimbursement through flexible spending accounts. it is your responsibility to find out coverage and submit receipts for reimbursement. Payment is required at the time of service. we accept cash, credit/debit cards or checks. As of 01/01/2022, as part of the No Surprises Health Care act, Physical Therapists are required to offer a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE for services provided. At the time of scheduling, prior to your first appointment, your PT will provide you with a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE for planned services. Now offering in person or virtual sessions.
pilates
Pilates sessions can be purchased in single sessions, or packages of 5 or 10. We offer 50 and 25 minute private sessions or 50 minute duet/semi-private sessions. Now offering in person or virtual sessions.
evaluations
Physical therapy evaluations are 60 minutes and the price is $150. There is an extra supply charge of $15 for Functional Dry Needling (FDN) should we decide that treatment is indicated.
private sessions
We offer a promotional initial private pilates session for $50 for new clients. Subsequent single private sessions are $75. Five-Packs are $350 and Ten-Packs are $600.
We also offer 25 minute private sessions. Single pricing is $40. Five-Packs are $150 and Ten-Packs are $250.
treatment sessions
Treatment sessions are normally 50 minutes and the price is $140. (The $15 supply charge for FDN also applies for treatment appointments.)
CONSULTATIONS
A consultation is 30 minutes and is $50. (Please note the consultation is not a physical therapy evaluation and cannot be billed as such through insurance.) The consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your history, goals, movement experience, injuries/limitations and determine what course is best to help you reach your goals.
semi-privates/duets
Single duet sessions are $50 per person. Five-Packs are $200 per person and Ten-Packs are $400 per person.
